Apocalyptica Raffle
Dearest Wacken-Attendees! Apocalyptica is back!
Metal and Classical Music nowhere merges to a more mature symbiosis than with Apocalyptica from Finland. Though the four cello rockers won't be rocking any of our main stages this year, they at least swing by to visit! Even better: You can "hang" with Apocalyptica for a little bit! And - get a sneak prelistening into the upcoming album, together with the band, some journalists and a few more competition winners in an intimate atmosphere, right on festival premises. This is where you also may ask the band questions on the new album you always wanted to know.
How does this work?
As easy as follows: If you do have your festival ticket already, simply send an e-mail - subject heading "Apocalyptica Prelistening" - to helge@ics-woa.de by Thursday, July 29th. 25 persons each with one companion can win. We will inform the happy winners in between July 30th and August 2nd. Please make sure you will check your e-mails until then and at best you should also leave your cell number with your e-mail. Good Luck!!!
The new Apocalyptica Album "7th Symphony" is set to hit streets August 23rd internationally (Aug 20th in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, Aug 24th in Northern America). The first single "End of Me" is a rocking cooperation with Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale. During recordings of the album, a few more guest joined the band in the studio: Slayer's Dave Lombardo played Drums on„2010", „Bring Them To Light" is a cooperation w/ Joe Duplantier of Gojira, „Broken Pieces" is sung by Flyleaf singer Lacey and Brent Smith of Shinedown contributed vocals for „Not Strong Enough".
The video for "End of Me" (featuring Gavin Rossdale) can be clicked here just alike its "Making of" .
