We have reached 2002, the year the Euro was introduced across Europe.
Of course, the (metal) world also spun a little bit further: In Flames more or less achieved their commercial breakthrough with their fourth album “Reroute to Remain”, Manowar released their immortal evergreen “Warriors of the World United” which is still popular today in all the clubs and Blind Guardian headlined the Wacken Open Air!
It continued like this until 2004, and legends like Motörhead, Warlock, even Darkthrone and many more graced us at the Holy Ground!
