New names by Easter at latest - Cancellation Static X/Dope

Metalheads, 

Today we are reporting with some good news and some bad news. 

The good news first: We are of course still planning the 31st edition of the Wacken Open Air and will therefore announce more bands by Easter at the latest! 

And now the bad: Unfortunately Static X and Dope will postpone their visit to Wacken until 2023. Here is the statement of both bands in their own words: 

“Due to the ongoing situation in Europe and Russia, Static-X is canceling all of our summer and fall overseas touring plans for 2022. We look forward to seeing all of you in 2023 when we will officially be celebrating the 20th anniversary of machine with you all around the world.”
