Pyogenesis tour Germany in January

In January 2016, the alternative metal outfit Pyogenesis will make it's return to the stages after a hiatus of almost 10 years. During the four shows in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich and Dortmund, frontman Flo V. Schwarz, guitar player Gizz Butt, bassist Malte Brauer and Drummer Jan Räthje will not only play songs from the celebrated debut ep "Ignis Creatio" to "She Makes Me Wish I Had A Gun" (2002), but also present material off their new record "A Century In The Curse Of Time".
This first longplayer after 13 years of waiting is a concept record about the industrialisation's consequences on the society of the 19th Century and the literary genre of Science Fiction in the vein of Jules Verne. The music is accordingly epic and complex, an evolution of Pyogenesis' unique mixture of metal, goth, punk and alternative. Check out the video for the album opener "Steam Paves Its Way (The Machine)" below for a first impression.
"A Century In The Curse Of Time" will be released in August 2015, tickets for the tour in January are available now from Metaltix.
