Repayments for cashless payment after W:O:A 2016

VIP & Press guests who haven’t unloaded their remaining credits directly at the festival can do this online from now on. From today on a homepage of the payment service instructor simply-X GmbH will be launched where you can get your remaining credits back.

Along with your card number and your PIN number (both can be found on your card) you can enter your personal data for transferring your money on your bank account.

ATTENTION: All data for the payout-process needs to be entered until the 4th September 2016. A payout afterwards is not possible anymore. Remaining credits less than 1€ can not get paid out.

Of course all data will be handled according to the German data privacy-laws and will be safe as well as they will only be used for the retransfer.
