The sending of refund e-mails has started!

Dear Metalheads,
the first mails are on their way to you, so that you can make the refund of your W:O:A 2020 tickets.

The most important things at a glance:

  • First we write to all of you who have ordered directly from Metaltix.
  • If you did not order at Metaltix but bought the ticket at the flea market for example, you should send an informal e-mail to ticketform@wacken.com. You will automatically be put on a list. (You have already written to tickets@wacken.com about this? Don't worry, you won't have to write again!)
  • We will contact the people on this list as soon as we have processed the direct orders - we ask for a little more patience. Don't worry: You will not have any disadvantages!
  • To go through the process, you will need one photo of the front and one of the back of each ticket. Only one ticket may be shown on each photo. So if you have 4 tickets you would need 8 photos.
  • If you can't get your tickets at the moment, for example because you are stuck abroad due to the pandemic, please contact tickets@wacken.com by e-mail after 12.05.
  • The tickets are personalised: Each W:O:A 2021 ticket must be assigned directly to a visitor. So if you want to exchange 5 tickets, you need to have 5 different names ready.

The additional articles - shirts, wristbands, patches and more: 

  • You can select several additional items during the process.
  • The shirts "Mummy" and "Monster" are exclusively linked to the W:O:A 2021 tickets. So you have to choose them in the refund process.
  • At the end of the process you will be redirected to Metaltix and the previously selected items will automatically be added to your shopping cart at Metaltix.
  • If you don't want any articles, you can simply close Metaltix directly. The refund process is completely independent from this.
  • The wristband of W:O:A 2020 and, if you want to visit the W:O:A 2021, the purely decorative souvenir ticket for 2021 are always automatically in the shopping cart. You only have to pay the postage for these!
  • Other freely available items, like the brand new W:O:A 2020 shirt "Metal Will Never Die" can be added to the shopping cart manually.
