Update on ticket refunds

Many thanks Metalheads! Over 90% of you have already told us how you want to get your ticket refunded - and we are looking forward to welcome the vast majority of you in 2021!
Please read the following information carefully:
- The shipping of shirts, wristbands etc. will not be able to start until a few weeks. In general the logistics are very stressed at the moment. Please be patient with our suppliers, shipping teams and parcel carriers - they all work as fast as possible under the current circumstances.
- You have not received the form yet? Please send an email to ticketform@wacken.com. You don't have to send an order number, photos or anything like that. "Please send form" is enough as content!. Ihr müsst keine Bestellnummer, keine Fotos oder dergleichen nennen. „Bitte Formular schicken“ reicht als Inhalt!
- The mails with the current status of the refund sometimes do not arrive at their destination. You can now use your personalized link from the original refund mail to view your status at any time.
- You have received a reminder or something similar although you have already filled out the form? Please check the status of your refund as described. If everything is correct, you can ignore the reminder.
If you have tickets from multiple sources or orders, you will of course receive multiple emails!
On the status page you can start your order of Wristbands for 2020, Bundle-Shirts etc. at any time - if you haven't done so yet.
- If there was a problem during the order process, the order will be deleted a few hours later and you can start over again.
- You don't have a ticket for the W:O:A 2020, but you want to go to W:O:A 2021? Please join our mailing list so that we can keep you informed about this.
- Your ticket is currently out of reach (e.g. because you are stuck abroad) or disappeared? Don't worry, we will solve the problem! These cases will naturally take a little longer to process - but we will extend the deadlines for you accordingly.
- You uploaded a wrong photo? No problem! We will contact you and ask for new photos. Please do not send them to us without being asked to do so.
- You could not send the form? Every now and then we had little problems, some of them lasted only a few hours. All problems known to us have been fixed. So please try it again.
